- Tile Installation
- Garage RemodelingThe ‘rubber roof’. A very durable rubber membrane most commonly used on low-slope commercial buildings, detached garages, RVs. EPDM is the least expensive of these single membranes, yet the one that lasts the longest. The average lifespan of a new EPDM roof is 30 years.
- Room AdditionsIf you have a low-sloped roof, also referred to as a flat roof, we can help here, as well. It’s not uncommon for modern homes to have a section of their roof that is low-sloped. These sections require a different roofing material, such as modified bitumen or EPDM (also known as rubber). We’ve also installed these materials onto home additions, or detached garages or sheds. Modified Bitumen comes in a range of colors so as to match the color scheme of your shingles.
- New ConstructionUp to 5 years; our guarantee covers any issue or leaks, excluding hail damage or stipulations that are in the contract. (i.e. – new residential construction)
- FencingFor those in high snow load areas, snow fences are an option. A snow fence is essentially a tall snow guard. Excessive snow accumulation on gutters can cause them to break away from your house. Excessive snow falling from your roof onto you or your family or pets can cause serious injury.
- DrivewaysYour typical asphalt shingle roof lasts around 25 years. So, about every 25 years you’ll be getting your roof replaced. A roof replacement is a noisy and dirty affair. When it’s time for a new one, roofers will be on your house for a day or two, banging and scraping, kicking-up all sorts of dirt and dust. If your garage isn’t finished, that dust will be falling onto whatever is in your garage. During this time, you’ll be asked to move at least one of your cars out of the driveway, bring any outdoor pets inside, deal with a large roll-off dumpster in your driveway, have an bushes outside covered, and listen to footsteps, hammering, scraping, and various power tools on your roof all day, possibly more.

- Residential Roof RepairThat’s not what we do. We’ve patched small holes in roofs, resealed flashing around vents, all sorts of small jobs for our clients. The little roof repairs are just as important to us as the big ones.
- Residential Roof Replacement/InstallationIn Northern Colorado, we get most of our hail storms in the Spring. It’s not uncommon to get hail storms from April through July. Although, May through June is most common. These storms can produce large hail stones. In fact, in 2019, one hail stone measured 4.83 inches and weighed almost half a pound. However, the average hail stone size is 1 inch. Still, hail this size can cause roof damage. Sometimes hail damage is extensive enough to warrant an entire roof replacement.
