Mike was fast to respond on Christmas day for a busted water pipe. Best service ever.
On the coldest morning of the year, the day after Christmas, Blue Ridge arrived to save us from a frozen water line. As Levi and I talked through the problem, he came to all the right conclusions. Our water line was in an open trench, under the front porch. Cutting a hole in the side wall under the porch, I saw he was right. A few hours using a portable electric heater solved the problem. I'm pretty handy, but I never would have figured that out alone. Thanks Blue Ridge. You'll be hearing from me if I ever need plumbing help again.

We had a rupture in our main water supply line to our house. After contacting 7 other companies, Blue Ridge responded quickly and efficiently. Although they were very busy, they realized the urgency of the situation. Their office contacted all the right authorities to have utilities marked and the job inspected promptly. Before 8am the next day the crew was there and by 1pm we had a completely new water line to replace our 35 year problematic one. Kudos to Laurie in the office, Mike the owner, and his very capable crew.
