Blue Ridge Homes was founded in 2008 for the express purpose of offering quality, affordable, stick built homes for three specific groups of home buyers: first time home buyers, move-up home buyers, and home buyers looking to downsize. With over 30 years experience in the Home Building Industry, it's owner has found that the key to a satisfied buyer is one that has been kept informed throughout the building process and has been involved in its daily progress. Open communication is encouraged and 100% customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal. We take care of everything from the Building Permit to the Occupancy Permit. We also build garages, room additions, and finish out basements for those who may already own a home. All plans are customizable and the final building plan is buyer specific, not a stock plan. Plans are from 912-2762 sq. ft. and prices start at around $83.50 per sq. ft. 100% complete.
