Had used Brian in the past and he was just ok. We have a community that has a common irrigation for all the homes and common areas. Our pump went down in the middle of a severe drought. Called Brian and said he would be out on Friday (2 days) Friday came and went. Repeated voicemails and text went unanswered. Never showed up!! Doing what you say is paramount to being a professional and Brian that you are not.

Blackwelders replaced my lawn and it turned out flawless. They showed up with a small army of men and equipment and within a few hours I had a beautiful new yard. The sod was great quality and the timing was perfect. We contracted with them and within 2 weeks everything was done and complete. We have nothing but great things to report about this company. Fabulous Job Blackwelders!
We hired Blackwelder to replace lawn (take out old lawn & put in a new one), re-level paver deck around pool and clean/resand paver deck. We had 'mystery' weeds in our new lawn after just 3 weeks. The old lawn was just pushed to the side, and not removed, so all the old weeds are now creeping back in to the new lawn. The cable was cut during the removal of the old lawn & they just put sod over the cut cable, which made it kind of tough to find to fix it (ourselves, of course). The pavers were not cleaned well (I do a better job with my little pressure washer) & sand was left all over the pool deck, which we had to clean up before it got in the pool & created another mess. Not a well spent $9,000 +. I have called many many times to try & get someone in their office to resolve these problems, but have been ignored. They made it sound like they could handle this job during the estimate process, but, sadly, this is a company with little to no customer service & no desire to do a good job.
