The lady working the counter tonight was super rude. They had towed my car and I am renter on the lot they towed it from. When I got there the lady told me the wrong row and yelled at me saying it was on row D like DOG but my car was the first car in row B. WHO EVER WAS WORKING THEIR TONIGHT AS IN THE LADY AT THE COUNTER....you could be a little more nicer.

Most horrible and disliked towing company in the game. I was doing contract work for a security and cable company with a company vehicle and they told my vehicle while I was in with a customer it had my diabetic insulin and my house keys in there and I told them when I went to get it and they said they don't care about my health just paid $298 and would not speak except saying that the whole time until I called police to come get my insulin from the vehicle. They give the towing company a real bad name because of their ignorance they need to be put out of business fast as possible

Horrible! Dealt with them this morning. They towed my friends car from visitor parking, then didn't answer the phone for 2 hrs straight, then told me i can only pay cash or debit, so i left my credit cards at home. Get there and they tried to not let us in, and there are signs plastered saying they MUST take credit, debit and cash. These people are crooks. They apparently are under investigation by the state. I just don't understand how they are still in business. I am contacting BBB monday and i went to my apartment office manager this afternoon and will be going above them as well.

They sell yalls cars online at lonestarauctioneers dot com. I'd sue they're azz if it was me!!

if i could rate this place with a ZERO rating I would horrible people working. had wait an hour for them to open the door in the cold, WHEN THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE. i was told too "hold on" 3 times that hour whuile the temperature was at 30 degrees and dropping. Then made my mom walk in the back in the dark alone to go find her car that was illegally taken. rude rude rude rude people. hope this place gets shut down and the employees put in jail.. horrible human beings......

Sorry sobs towed my car with permit and then damaged it. They refused to release my car even after admitting they were wrong and I still had to pay for my car to be released. They refused to pay for damage they did to my car.

SOBs picked up and towed my second car from apartments -- though it had proper sticker. When they discovered it, they snuck back in, dropped it in the slot backwards and angled, wheels so cross-locked you couldn't get it to start.

To the person above, when you pay rent loyally, and when you purchase a new car, and there are not enough "visitor" parking spots for you to use and you still get towed, this is not something to stand for. Honestly, a good friend of mine is in this very profitable business and while it does some good when you're stranded on the side of the road, it does you no good when you are a good, honest person and get snaked by these spineless rats.

I like what they do and stand for. Don't park where you are not supposed to and they will not tow your car.
