Worst customer service

Multiple no shows to appointments (first and third appointment), made problems worse and not addressing them at all, much less in a timely manner. We are on our 4th appointment to fix a leak, would strongly not recommend. The one appointment they made, which worsened our problem, they left a huge mess behind too. Very frustrated and no one on the company seems to care.

Very responsive. I've used Bill's Plumbing to replace water heaters and do plumbing repairs. They are great to work with and have been very reliable. It's a family owned business that's been operating in the Springs area for many years.

Same Afternoon as call

The drain line to my septic tank was clogged. Called Bill's in early afternoon. They were out later that afternoon, snaked the drain line (65') and cleared the clog. Very friendly. Very professional. Very reasonable price. If I ever need plumbing service in the future my first call will be to Bill's.

Same day work - very professional

I had the afternoon off and wanted to replace two valves on my sprinkler delivery line to ball valves. Bill's was able to meet my needs and did a great job. While they were there I also had the representative replace the o-rings in my out door faucets (which were leaking) and they were happy to comply. Overall my experience was extremely positive and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. Realize I went to Dex, chose a plumber based upon ratings and things could not have worked out better!

Professional and Fast

My drain was partially clogged. Originally I called a national company (be forewarned) that wanted to charge outrage money to get the job done, plus sell me other products. Then I did some research and found Bill's Plumbing & Drain Service. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and completed the job in minimum time. The price was fair for the work required. Call Bill's first to save time and worry!

Quick and professional‎

My call was answered immediately and the plumber showed up when promised. That says something given a lot of folks are calling with frozen pipes right now. The plumber (Erin) was friendly, careful and professional. And the bill was very fair. Thanks!
