Spring preventive maintenance and coil cleaning. We offer a full 20 point test and inspection that reveals any potential failures before the heating season. This test and inspection can reveal if your system is properly charged or possibly leaking refrigerant. The standard refrigerant R-22 is being phased out, dealer/contractor prices for a 30lb jug is over $500 and climbing. Don't get stuck with a bill from our competitors, we charge per Lb. used and at 0% mark-up. Leaking systems also cause compressor failure and acid build-up in a system.
