Probably the worst Home Inspector in Alabama. He flashes around his credentials like he is something special, but after our home inspection FROM HIM. We had huge plumbing issues along with soffit and gutter repairs. Several weeks after our inspection. I went into the attic to check some things out and noticed rotting wood in PLAIN sight from the top of the stair in the attic. I went back through my home inspection report and he NEVER mentioned it or took pictures of it. The guy act's like he is all big and bad with his experience, but even the plumbers and contractor we had fix everything said that this should have been caught. I do not recommend him and will pursue ruining his career. Me and my wife are out $10k after being in our house for 3 months!!! This all should have been caught, because I discovered it AFTER the fact and I'm not even a contractor. I used my plain sight! The trust we put in these people is to significant.
