I would not recommend this company. They charged $39 for a dispatch fee and $195 to diagnosis. This was not mentioned until the technician came to the home. We had a simple electrical issue with our septic system and the total bill came to over $1000. Do you self a favor and use someone who does not charge ridiculous prices.

We had an emergency situation at our home with backup in our basement. Baymont On Call came our right away and took care of the problem. The technician was nice and professional. We recommend them to our friends.

This is a rip off. They tell you up front that it will cost $40 for the visit. When they get there, they tell you it will cost $165 for the diagnostics. Any repairs will be on top of that. When I heard that, I told the guy to leave. The last electrician I used charged me $85 for the visit and the repair. Do yourself a favor and find someone who charges by the hour.
