      General Info

      With over 12 years experience as a full-time home inspector, I was the first in Upper Michigan to use computer generated reports. Many inspectors will state they are licensed, but they generally mean they have a builders license, not a home inspector's license. There is a huge difference. Michigan has no licensing standards or requirements. That is why I have been licensed as a home inspector in Wisconsin since 1999. You should also check out a home inspector's website. It will tell you a great deal about him. Many come and go. Few invest the time and money needed to do this full-time as I have. I do accept credit cards, and you can schedule your appointment from my website or call using my toll free number.
