READ THIS BEFORE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!! Had a problem with thermostat for heat.Installed new one but no heat.Made calls to so called same day one hour service companies none lived up to their claims could not come for a few days.Found Basic Service Inc on web,gave them a call explained my problem.In these days where companies try and sell you more then you need because we dont know what we are doing i explained my problem, they gave me possible fixs for problem. One worked and i have heat. Basic also gave me a estimate on fixing problem if the solutions they gave me didnt work.They could come the same day and they had the parts,and this was a Saturday I for one will be calling on Basic Services for any problems i have from now on. He was very courteous and actually knew what the problem was in about 10 seconds, and fixed the problem in approximately 10 minutes. Both guys were great. This past summer, our 26 year old unit died and you replaced the entire system and some duct work for us. We can't say enough good things about the experience. Even though we were in the midst of a heat wave, Tinker managed to reply to all of my questions promptly and patiently. Ultimately, we chose to remain with your company because we trust your competence and your business practices. We are thrilled with the way our new heat pump operates. We never enjoyed the kind of climate control we now enjoy with our system. We have always had a big problem with dust and we briefly considered buying a special dust filter for the new unit. Tinker thought we wouldn't need the special filter and he was right. We are shocked by how little dust we have now. Had we known ten years ago that a newer system would make such a difference, we wouldn't have waited for the old one to die.
