Installers are great! The sales staff however is just out to make the sale and doesn't care what they promise or what they quote. They are typical salesmen, promises promises, but don't care what can actually be done when the installers are working. So, actual working guys are doing their job great, sales staff should be fired.

We had a ductless heat pump install. The product seems to be functioning however problems with customer service. We had to pay an extra 600 dollars to fix a situation that was handled severely wrong by the sales person. Buyer Beware!!! I was quoted way less then billed. Sales guy just wanted to make a buck and doesn't care about the customer at all.
