Just had breakfast at a new concept near my office. Can you say look out Panera and Starbucks! This place serves great drip coffee, great breakfast sandwiches (around the clock) and tasty treats like cookies, muffins and scones. I liked the fresh parfait offered. They have an extensive menu around their NY style bagels. Are they real? you walk in to the restaurant and you see the process of them boil and baking all their flavors. Cant be as good as NY because of the water you say, well apparently the water filtration system in the front adds the nutrients that make the water "as if it came right off the Catskills". Adam Greenberg who, owns and operates Potomac Pizza in Montgomery County is spearheading this new concept, and was unhand to tell the story of Bagels 'n Grinds. Do check it out, it is a great change from the norm!
