They LIE and repair service is unacceptable. The word of the owner means nothing. No customer service. If you use insurance???Beware! Prices changes and they don't do what they promise.

ON THE LAST REVIEW THE OWNER WAS AARRESTED FOR SPEEDING OVER 100. MPH BY THE MALL ON A MOTORCYCLE THE FEES ARE SET BY POLICE !!!! NOW FOR FRANCO HE CALL AN AGREE TO THE PRICE OF $50.00 CASH. NO BILL AFTER 2 DAYS GO BY HIS WIFE CALL WANTS A RECITE She told if we put in the computer it go the city program witch is a $25. 00 fee that we get chrage!! so write what she paid on the back of bussiness card the insurance will take it . and they did and call to make sure WE tow it.

Gave company a hard time about pickup from their location, quoted price to release vehicle. The next day called back and inflated price and then basically said "too bad either pay the price or don't get the vehicle". Bad attitude, rude and very unprofessional

do not mess with this company they will sham you.I asked for a receipt for towing my car they tried to charge an extra $25 for a receipt. I said, are you for real?. They said that they couldn't give that for tax purposes. We continued to talk, then he blurred out " You people are a bunch of freaken free loaders. Hello, What do you mean by "You People.
