I like Avista. I don't like paying two times, never mind the convenience of paying on line. But for that, they charge $3.00 every time. In these hard times every dollar counts. I believe that in light of that, I will start to make the drive to drop off the payment by check. I find it to be a disservice to the serviced consumer to have to be under the gun twice for the same bill. Just picture it: $3.00 times the many on-line payments! If Avista would like to hire me, I will invest on the infra structure and start making collections on their behalf...I would have my investment paid off in no time at all. Thank you very much.
