We had a problem with the disposal, broke some glass in it. Called Austin and they showed up on time, the plumber reset the disposal and it worked fine. No maintenance work had to be done just a push of a button. It cost us $126.07, that seems a little excessive for pushing a button. Good disposal though chewed the glass right up, too bad I forgot to reset the thing, could have saved a lot.
I recently hired Austin Plumbing to service my broken bathroom faucet. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. They do a very thorough job and I would definitely call them again. Cindy P.
Austin Plumbing has been providing plumbing services to my home for over 20 years. During that time, I have needed a multitude of repairs, consisting of replacing outside faucets; inside faucets, replacing and repairing water heaters; sink/toilet issues; and well pump. In all the time I have done business with Austin Plumbing, my home has yet to come up with a problem they can't fix. What I have found amazing over time is once the repairs have been done, I cannot even tell they were in the house. More importantly, what is most amazing is that once the repair is done, it's DONE ! I have never had to call them back because of a problem with a repair. The repair tends to last as long as the item being repaired. These guys know what they are doing and they work very quickly and efficently. - S. Tentoni, Delafield, WI -
My recent experience with Austin Plumbing was very positive from start to finish. I called them late on a Sunday, was instructed on how to temporarily stop the leak in my basement and was assured that I would have a plumber at some point late on Monday. I would be added to their schedule. I received a call from their office mid day to remind me that they would be out but that it would be late. The plumber arrived at about 5:00 pm. He stated the price and did the necessary repairs efficiently and neatly. He was patient with all of our questions, was able to ally our concerns and was willing to take as much time with us as we required. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the service that was provided. It is clear that Austin Plumbing gets the connection between superior customer service and a successful business. They will remain our plumbers of choice, Thanks. Tom D. / Oconomowoc

New years day I had a house full of people and my sewer backed up! I called 3 local plumbers and wasted 2 hours waiting for a call back unitl I called Austin. They answered the phone and before I knew it the plumber was on his way. The plumber that showed up was neat, clean and very polite. I paid extra because of the holiday, but I felt it was more than fair. I will be calling them first from now on. Definately recommend.
My shower faucet rusted out and needed to be replaced,so I told them I would pay $649 for a Moan shower kit,Installed.plus the $49 trip charge.( which should have been waved)...When I got the bill.I was charged $199.00 for them I cut a 10X20" hole in the wall to "get at the pipe's) this took 10 min. AT THE MOST. WHAT A RIP OFF..! The guy did a good job,but was very pushy trying to sign us up for the" diamond club". I am left with a shower that works, but a hole in the wall and a $920 bill!!!! For a shower!!!

Work done by Austin/Haselow was very satisfactory. However their pricing is way out of line - extreme overcharging. One service provided would have came out to be $500 per hour - Even after discussing this - not a cent was deducted. My advice is to look very thouroughly on-line. The same part they told me was 1199.00 - I found for 361.00 - brand new and a genunine brand name of my furnace. Seriously look around and ask pricing or find the part yourself and save yourself a ton of money.
