Excellent customer service. Outstanding installation quality

Atlas is the best! We've had them install softeners into 2 houses now and could not be happier. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and install team could not be better - very thorough and professional.

I hired Atlas to analyze our well water in Hanover, MA and determine why we were getting iron staining and premature corrosion of our copper piping causing pin-hole leaks. They were very professional and explained everything in terms we could understand. The installation work was neat and clean - in fact, my brother-in-law is a plumber and he was impressed with the quality of the installation. The water has been so clean and so much better its almost hard to believe. I would recommend them to anyone.

When we bought our house in 1996 the toilet tanks and dishwasher were stained brown and the shower we used most often was getting stained from the water. Atlas Watersystems installed a whole house water filter and a drinking water systems. We haven't had a staining problem since. We have a whole house filter that cleans up the iron and manganese so our toilets, baths, and laundry aren't stained. They confirmed our lab water test and presented a couple of alternatives for us to solve our water's staining and odor issues - we were very happy with their installation crew and we've had them perform routine service since which we've also been pleased with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Friends of ours have also gone with them as well.

I was referred to Atlas by Trethewey Bros. Plumbing from the TV show "This Old House." I called and spoke with Steve T., and he came to our house for a consult the same day! He was very well prepared and thoroughly answered all of our questions. We decided to install a water softener, whole house filtration system and reverse osmosis on our kitchen tap. The crew installed everything the next day! This company has great customer service. And our water tastes great! We no longer purchase bottled water to drink because ours tastes better.

Our office has a drinking water purification system feeding bottle-less water coolers and the quality is excellent. With regard to service, they are the fastest reacting company of all the service vendors we have. A few people in our office also have them for their private wells at home.
