VAUGHN IS A ROCK STAR!!! I had a tire blow out on a busy road, and Verizon called Atlas Towing to come replace my tire. Lo and behold, we had no key for the lug locks.... Vaughn sprang into action, called his dispatch, I called Verizon roadside assistance and he towed the car to my home so that I could get another vehicle to go pick my husband up- who was waiting for me to come get him. Vaughn did such a great job, and what a great attitude he has! He is pleasant, down to earth and made a horrible experience so much easier just by being so easygoing and eager to do a great job for me. He is not only great at his job, but made me feel comfortable and impressed with his calm demeanor. I'm just so happy that they sent a guy like Vaughn out to help me out, and they obviously know how to pick great employees. and if you have Verizon, sign up for their roadside assistance - way cheaper than AAA and top-notch service~

You may want to consider another service for hauling. The operator caused obvious damage to a trailer they hauled and lied on his work report to protect his minimum wage job. The owner refused to consider the reality of the situation and had not even the consideration to listen to the possibility that their employee might have caused the damage. Just a warning

Had to use them for one of our delivery trucks and was very impressed. The little guys could never have handled the job.
