LESS THAN WORTHLESS!!!!!! I called at 10 till 6 with a flat-out emergency. I listened to the automated options, and pressed 8 for hours as instructed. Automated operator told me that my selection was invalid. I then pressed 6 for parts, since that is what I needed - DESPERATELY. Rang a couple of times, heard a voice say "hold please" then the music. After about fifteen minutes, it hung up on me. I called back, same exact thing. A third time I call back- now 20 after six. I pressed 0 for operator, got someone in sales that informed me that parts leaves at 6. These jerks cannot configure their automated operator, and rather than just tell me they were closed, they left me on hold TWICE for fifteen minutes each, wasting my time and causing me further delay in an already panicked search. You need something from these guys? Think again, and look elsewhere. They might just cause you to lose an opportunity to buy from someone that respects their customers
