      Ms. Bumann attended New York University's "Appraisal Program in Fine and Decorative Arts" and is also a graduate of the American Society of Appraisers renowned "Valuation Studies" program. Previously,after receiving a B.A., she studied Art History in the Master's Program at California State University, Northridge. She is an expert in appraising many arts specialties, including antiques, furniture, fine art, and Oriental Carpets. Ms. Bumann has over 20 years experience providing appraisal services. Clients have included major corporations, civic institutions, insurance companies, banks, and the general public. Of note, her firm was only one of the two selected by Farmer's Insurance to handle all appraisal needs nationwide for their claims departments. Appraisal Arts Associates provides an appraisal referral service, bringing together some of the top fine art appraisers in the country. Access to this collection of experts, as well as related-field appraisers, allows the client to have appraisal needs fulfilled by one service.
