Our opinion would be to stay far away. They did a field review of an appraisal on our house and supported their conclusion by using an 4.5 yr old MLS listing for a house that never existed at our address! Our builder had a MLS listing for a design of a house on a lot he was selling in '05. We bought the lot later and built a more expensive house. There was no sale record b/c we built, so Arrow dug up the old MLS listing for a non-existent house at a lower value and used it support a lower value than the 1st appraisal! They never inspected the interior and dismissed findings from 1st appraisal which included an interior inspection. They picked comps farther out (up to 3 miles) than the 1st appraisal, none of which were even in the same city. They ignored $50k in improvements. The photo they took of the rear of the house only showed the upper level of our 2 story house leaving off the deck, patio, and landscaping that were part of these improvements.Not recommended.
