The Arlington Cottage House has been the venue of choice for brides and event planners through-out, Snohomish County. A lovely facility straight out of a Thomas Kinkaid painting, The Cottage House is a perfect location for weddings, parties and many outdoor events. With ponds, a waterfall, walking paths, arbors, fruit tree orchard, display fountains, wishing well and flower/herb garden, this enchanting location has many bonuses and is only 1 mile from I-5. Everywhere you look, you will see custom designs by some of our local artists and clever wood workers. The Cottage house is teeming with beauty and elegant country charm. The Cottage House was built in 1940 and is designed with a large dressing room, single restroom, large sitting room and private kitchen. The concrete patio and surrounding area will seat up to 200 guests comfortably, with covered seating for up to 150. The daily rental includes the house for your private use and the two acre yard. We also include 200 white cushioned chairs, 20 round tables and 8 banquet tables. Our in house catering by Moveable Feast offers a variety of wonderful buffets at affordable prices.
