I had a fan tapping in my fridge. They said it was frosting up and needed to be defrosted by them. Well after they showed up 3 hours later then they said. The service guy stood there looked at the fridge and said he didn't have his tools to work on it. Then he left me with no cooling for 3 days. Plus there was No markings on the truck, no business card no uniform. Called office to complain they had an attitude. Pass on them

After I declined a relentless super-high pressure service contract offer while making a repair appointment with Sears for my washer, I waited all day for the tech for nothing. At day's end, I called Sears to find out what happened and they informed me that there was no record of any appointment made. Imagine that: I had been punished for not buying something extra! My next call was to Appliance Specialty, ...who proceeded to demonstrate, (from the moment their great staff picked up the phone - through the quick, successful and very reasonably priced same-day repair), what a great service business experience should be. I will ALWAYS call Appliance Specialty first from now on! Their excellence reminded me of that iconic, good old reliable "American-as-apple pie" household-name service legend, though THAT name will forever slip my mind, going forward, because THAT name no longer represents service and trust. Great Reliable Company for FAST Appliance Repair. Our refrigerator suddenly quit working. I went to SuperPages.com and found Appliance Specialty company. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable and the service tech showed up ON TIME and was very professional. If we ever need appliance repair again I will call them - and recommend you do the same.

Appliance Specialty is a company i will highly recommend to everyone.Our built in oven stopped working while i was baking a 12 lb ham.I called every where and finally found Appl,specialty.They work after hours and weekends at no additional cost.They arrived 45 minutes after calling and had to replace baking element that shorted out,my dinner was saved which made us thankful. I just want to say thank you to Appliance Specialty.

I had an emergency, my fridge would not cool. After calling a few companies this is the only one i could get out the same day. The tech showed up within a couple hrs, he was professional, courteous, and came prepared with the parts on his truck. A few weeks later my washer broke. I called them out again and as always there were promptly there on the same day. I highly recommend them!

We had a drier repair and they showed up on time, they had everything they needed to fix the drier stocked on there truck there the best place I will recommend this company to my friends & neighbors
