The son, Nicholas, came first. I had an intermittant odor issue and it didn't smell when he was there. He was super nice and thorough. His Dad, the owner, came the second time. Once again super nice, on time, clean, and efficient and he solved the problem!

Mr. Appliance definitely blew me away, ive had terrible experiences with other companies out there but they did an outstanding job! They were at my house between the exact hrs they said they would arrive, the technician was clean, professional, and very knowledgeble, explained everything he was doing at all times and the price was very reasonable, the office staff is very courteus and they were very nice! and most important my washer is now up and running and working perfectly!

Our 11-year-old workhorse Sears Kenmore dryer stopped working on my wife's due date! With one baby running around and another ready to be born at any moment, we needed someone to repair the dryer right away, and APS came to the rescue!
Daniel, the owner, personally went out of his way to come to our house, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. He explained everything he was going to do; he clearly stated the charges; and he showed me the condition of the machine and parts. We were lucky he had the proper replacement part in his van.
Daniel was very neat, clean and polite. He even wore covers for his shoes so he did not track dirt into the house. Everything was put back properly and was neat and clean.
If any of my other appliances need repair, I will call Appliance Professional Service again.

I have been using this company for more than 10 years to repair all my appliances. When I called for service Jessica was very professional and courteous, she gave me a time of arrival, and my technician Victor, called half an hour before coming and arrived at the promised time. As expected, he was very knowledgeable and efficient he gave me an up front estimate and had my washing machine working in less than 20 minutes. This company is a keeper, still doing business the same way and even better than they did more than 10 years ago. Thank you guys for your promptness.

I was having problems with my LG dishwasher for a while, and decided to call for service not knowing how hard could be dealing with this companies today. Well, I decided to call Metro factory service which was recommended by LG themselves, but after waiting all afternoon to have my dishwasher repaired (including taking off from work and arranging someone else to pick my daughter at school), no one ever showed up or called me to cancel the appointment. Next morning when I called their office, they couldn't tell me why the person never got to my house. I called LG to let them know about this issue and they gave me another company name and phone number "Appliance Professional Service" in Rockaway, NJ , which now I'm very happy to recommend myself because since I made the first call I had only experienced courtesy , promptness, and knowledge. Thank you Appliance Professional Service!!!.....

Prompt, respectful, neat and knowledgeable. Roxy the dispatcher was nice and very helpful, when I explained that another company cancelled me and that I took the day off from work, she called Daniel, the owner, while I was still on the phone and he said that he would came in 2 hours. He came at the time promised, fixed my dishwasher and instructed me on how to get the best results from my appliance.
I really recommend this company to anyone that wants great service.

I just have to say what a great company APS is. I desperately needed help when my washer started to overflow and I couldn't get it to stop. I quickly went online to search for someone reliable and found APS. Their office staff is courteous and helpful. The tech, Danny, was prompt and professional and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! I would recommend them to anyone in need of prompt, professional and courteous service. An A++++++

The name says it all, this people are appliance professionals.
From the moment I called to set the appointment to the time when the technician came to repair my washing machine,
They made it easy and treat me with respect and with a very friendly attitude.
The technician called me 1/2 hour before coming and even waited for me at the driveway 15 minutes until I came back from picking up the kids at school. He took his time to answer all my questions and even checked my dryer for free.
The price was fair and reasonable and I felt like a got a lot for my money
