I would give no stars if I could. I just waited all morning for the guy to show up. He had my name, address, phone number. There are 4 people in the kitchen waiting plus I have a dog who parks like a nut when anyone even approaches the door. He never called or came. When I finally called to find out where they were, the gal answering the phone said the guy said he came and nobody answered the door. That was a flat out lie. When I started to tell the gal this was not true we've been waiting for the last 3 hrs for him to come. She hung up on me. Needless to say, I would never do business with them again, and if you value your time, I would not recommend them. I don't want someone who can't even tell the truth about showing up to work on any of my appliances anyway. Oh, and did I mention that he had my home phone number and didn't bother to call either.
