Today was a nightmare I was on the LIIE 495 east at Maurice ave when all of a sudden the car infront of me swerved hard left and there it was a tire sliding across the lane I was in cars to left and right took out my left front tire and rim headed for the right lane limped to the Maurice ave ramp onto the LIE NO SHOULDER very dangerous I was very lucky to have this tow company getting on right there I drive a very heavy commercial truck it was worth the 145 dollars he dropped me at 108th street At a gas station where I was safe to change my tire Btw if you have AAA NO PROBLEMS SEND THEM A COPY OF THE BILL AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK

TRY YOUR BEST.. not to breakdown on 495, 278, or any other road these guys have the contract to tow from. THEY are charging $125 dollars just to move you off the highway. your better off pushing it if you can or finding some other means of getting your car off the expressway. You don't want to deal with these dirt bags. very un-professional behavior from the driver, to the male secretary over the phone. ALSO, they WILL damage your vehicle. they are un-experienced and have no certifications in properly towing you vehicle. THEY will use improper connections to tow your vehicle onto the flatbed etc. PLEASE, stay way if you can. You have been warned.

Absolutely horrible customer service. This company was upset that they weren't given permission to fix my car so they made it extremely difficult for me to arrange to have it towed to another facility. I would never recommend this company. The only recommendation I have is to stay away from it. Rude and unprofessional over the phone. I am leaving my name so that there is no question regarding the authenticity of this post. -Mike LeClair

BAD TOWING COMPANY! They towed my car back to their lot last summer when it ran out of gas, even though i told them I was going to the gas station that was right next to us off the exit. Would have taken me no more than 5 minutes. When I came the next morning to get my car the lady there reeked of marijuana, was being very rude, and said "not my problem" every time i asked why something happened. And to top it all of they took EVERYTHING out of my car. My GPS, jumper cables, my sons action figures, and even the quarters I keep in there for parking meters. It cost an arm and a leg, I was treated very badly, my property was stolen, all because the guy didnt want to just wait 5 minutes for me to get some gas.
