Worst company ever. Took the money but never come to repair their junk appliances. It is not even last longer than 3 days and they necer honor their 30 days warranty.

Steer clear of this company. They don't come when they say they will, they don't fix anything but take your money, and they are so rude and unprofessional. There should be a choice for ZERO Stars in the rating..........

Owner arrested for not having Contractors License. Please check out everyone you have do work for you. Plus he has a long record of other charges including felony charges. F rating on BBB with multiple complaints for not providing promised and professional service.

Seach Dale Dillon on VA Courts Site. Henrico and City of Richmond. Quite a few charges and convictions. Beware of who you have in your home. Rub from this service quickly.

No Good. No Fix No Follow Up and No Show after multiple verbal commitments

Do NOT recommend this company. Took off work three times because they said they'd come to the house before they actually did. Then they said a part needed to be ordered and I had to pay up front. After waiting three weeks I called them multiple times and they finally came out to fix my dishwasher. My husband had to call on a different number because he recognized mine and wouldn't pick up. One week later my dishwasher was broken again and when I called they said they had already spent $500 in man hours and wouldn't give me my money back or come back to fix it. Now I'm out $250 with nothing to show for it.

Do not know how anyone can give this 5 stars for service. This is the worst appliance repair service in town. Get references before you use anyone and check for license before you select anyone. This guy is a nighmare to deal with.

Check reviews with the BBB and other sites before using this company. Company had plenty of oppurtunites to prove that they did quality work, was trust worthy and even slightly cared and they failed over and over. BEWARE, do your research...

Almost Seven Months..still waiting for my REFUND of work NEVER COMPLETED!

Called to get my dryer fixed on a Saturday morning. Dale Dillon was there by the afternoon which is extremely responsive in many ways. 1) I live at Lake Anna and his business is over in Richmond where his primary customers live, 2) It was a weekend, and lastly 3) he was there the same day I placed the call. Most other places could get there the following Monday and Sears was the worst who could have come in 2 weeks. Like everybody has 2 weeks to wait... Dale not only was professional and pleasant, he had the dryer diagnosed and repaired in less than 30 minutes. I'm not saying you will get the same service and results, but I am extremely impressed with the service I received from his company. Highly recommend them.

I called anytime anywhere appliance to work on my ac unit outside. They worked around their schedule to make me their first customer so i wouldnt have to wait until the hottest part of the day. I was so hot. They were so friendly and fast and affordable. I feel they gave the most excellent service. And i recomend them to everyone who wants great affordable and friendly service.
