- CarpentryAfter working as a draftsman for an architectural firm and attending college for two years, Dave Muth joined the Chicago District Council of Carpenters. During his 16-year tenure as a journeyman carpenter, 9 of those were spent running his own firm specializing in the installation of finish carpentry and architectural millwork.
- MasonryGary Lohman studied architecture and physics in college and began working at an architecture firm in Hawaii in the early 1970’s. During his college years Gary worked in the concrete and masonry trades on luxury homes. Gary went on as a project manager building high-rise condominiums, before relocating to the desert in 1976 as a project manager for commercial construction. Gary was a project manager for the Vintage Club in Indian Wells between 1981-1986 overseeing site-development, clubhouse construction, the tennis club, and infrastructure. Gary built custom homes within the Vintage Club from 1986-1991. He holds a California General Contractor’s license and is the RMO for Andrew Pierce Corporation.
