General Info
Experience in commercial and residential. Experience in all phases of architectural service, including feasibility studies, programming, design, systems coordination, construction documents production, specification writing, multi-prime contracts, public bidding, and field construction administration. Architecture has a place-making capacity, critical for promoting communities and places for living, learning, and business. Deliberate aesthetics, context sensitivity, and well crafted proportion yield extra- functional, productive, comfortable, and enduring buildings. Sustainability and ?Green? design become second-nature when buildings are well-sited, when energy and water is managed with thoughtful innovation, and when materials are carefully chosen with a mind toward economy, functionality, and inherent natural beauty. Architecture is a profession of relationships and collaboration among the needs and talents of many, including the community at large. AOArch is committed to a productive and informed design and construction process.
