Our Dental benefit plan for an entire household is only $19.95 per month and includes Vision, Prescription, and Chiropractic services. Our Medical benefit plan is only $39.95 per month for an entire household and includes Physician, Ancillary, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and Chiropractic services. Ameriplan is accepted by over 40,000 Dentists, Physicians, and Chiropractors. Our Prescription card is accepted by all major chain and most independent pharmacy's.( Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreen, Riteade, CVS, etc.) Vision centers accepting Ameriplan are coast to coast. ( Sears, J.C.Penny, Pearl, Sam's Club, etc.) Pre-existing conditions are accepted.
