We are most grateful to Sean and team for the stunning work he did in transforming the outside of our house through a beathiful combination of new veranda, patios and sunroom. Our many visitors are all full of admiration both for the enhancement to our home and for the quality of the workmanship.



Sean is someone who is totally committed to doing an excellent job whatever it takes. He assumes complete ownership and responsiblity for overcoming any problems and challenges - in our case completing a circular staircase onto a sloping lawn. He stuck to his budget, responded comprehesively to any quesions or concerns we may have had along the way, he was open-minded to all of our requests and concerns and most helpful in guiding us through all of the multiple options available in terms of materials, etc. Sen took 100% responsiblity for all permits, for interacting with the inspectors and for ensuring full compliance with all of the various (and changing) codes.

I woke up one morning last winter to find that my screened-in porch had collapsed from the heavy snow. AmDeck was out within a few days clearing away the debris in three feet of snow. Then, they created a great design for a replacement structure. They incorporated my ideas but added plenty of their own (that were much better than mine). The end result was a beautiful, highly functional porch that came in on time and on budget. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Thank God for the snow!

Sean is a great guy to work with. if you want to build a huge deck or enclosure, just call him; He is pretty well organized and on time.
