Guy came 1st week in Sept. 2010 Put 2 exit traps on roof. seals a couple holes in the walls, eaves. He said the bats would be gone in 2 weeks, that they could get out thru the trap, but not back in. Dec 8th around 6:30PM, another BAT IN THE HOUSE. Caught bat, put outside, called Ameri. Bat Mgt. Said He got busy and forgot to come over and seal traps. Said he would call Thurs.(9th) afternoon and set a time to come over. Never called, have not heard from him (now 16th). Take care of my granddaughter, who has been at my house for all 3 events(bats in house). She will no longer stay at my house because of bats. Can't live with this hanging over my head. BATS ARE ACTUALLY GETTING INTO THE HOUSE. Supposed to have a warranty. For $700.00 I expected more, at this point get rid of the bats or give me my money so I can hire someone more reliable.

I highly recommend this company. I was frantic to get rid of the bats in my house. This company is professional, efficient and wonderful to deal with. Tom the owner put my mind at ease and did everything he said he would. He also comes to your home in a regular pickup truck so you don't have any advertising like a giant bat on top of his truck. My daughter is scared to death of bats, and she was here when he came to install the bat removal equipment, and she just thought he was inspecting the roof. She never knew we had a couple bats in the house. Worth every penny!!!
