Went above and beyond to help my parents with their Medicare Supplement coverage. I could not be happier with the high level of service and professionalism. I highly recommend their services.

We were slold a 3 Mo. hospital policy until our new policy with hosp.cov.effective 1/1/12. The prem. were aut. deducted from our bank acc't. Our bank statement showed they continued to deduct payment in Jan. Agent said the paperwork had not cleared & we would be reimbursed. Again, payment was deducted in Feb. Agent then sent us a release form to sign. We were never reimbursed for any payments. I will never trust this co. again.
