They didn't take too long picking me up (the person on the phone did say it would be a good 20 minutes or so, due to where I was at). The driver was dressed casual. The fee isn't too bad- it starts at about $4, $2 or so every mile (I'm guesstimating here). We went about...15 miles or so, $30 and change was the fee, and they do add a $2 surcharge, but he let me know that. It was a good service. Where I live, taxis go to and from the airports; that's it. Pine Island taxi wasn't very helpful, so Amber Taxi is my only option. I have only tried them once, but so far they seem promising.

We called the day before and scheduled a 4:45 am pickup up. When they were 10 minutes late we called and they said they were on their way. That is what they said for the next hour and 15 minutes. At one point they said they were 30 seconds away, they finally showed 12 minutes later. We told them to screw off. We had already missed our flight. BAD BAD BAD.
