Alto-Shaam is the creator of the patented Halo Heat method. The company is a manufacturer of low temperature cook ovens combination ovens, heated display, hot folding cabinets, quickchillers, rotisserie ovens, fryers, concession equipment and buffet servers for food service and retail industries. Halo Heat equipment can hold foods for extended periods of time without bacteria growth, no additional cooking and with minimal dehydration to the product. Alto-Shaam offers informational and hands-on training seminars to all segments of the foodservice industry in a network of demonstration kitchens located throughout the U.S. The company also hosts tradeshows in locations nationwide. Alto-Shaam was incorporated in 1955 and is headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wis.
