Absolutely the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. Owner is certifiably insane! Owner arranged a split run between me and someone else between Tacoma and North Bend. Driver drove like a bat out of hell. We were falling and bumping around everywhere in the limo due to her crazy driving. Got dropped off at for a concert at the Tacoma Dome. We were told to meet her "after the concert" which was to end at 11pm. Concert started late. The owner/driver starting leaving crazy psycho voice mails on my phone at 10:50 asking "Where are you?", 2nd message - "You have 10 minutes to get to the car." 3rd message - "You have 7 minutes." 4th message at 11:01 - "You're late - it's 11:01 so I assume you got another ride." I could not hear my phone ringing because I was at a concert. We got into the car at 11:07 and she was so rude. She opened the door and said "get in, get, get in!" Would never recommend this company. She is absolutely horrible to deal with and classless.
