First off when I called I was met with a woman (receptionist) who sounded like she was asleep and answered the call with "hello". I asked if I called All Boro and she said "yea why". I responded most times when you call a business they answer with the name of the business and she responded with "yea, well I don't". That should have been my first clue of the unprofessionalism of this place. Regardless I made an appointment for that evening. Due to some unforseen complications after surgery, I had to reschedule that apppointment for the next morning. That same evening I got a call from the technician who stated he was on the way. II told him the appt. was rescheduled for the next morning. He said he would see me at 10 am. The next morning I got a call from a technician who stated he was on the way. Turns out he was from another business. I freely admit I called several compmanies to get the quickest appt. and best rate. That's what smart consumers do! Anyway, the following morning a technician arrived and fixed the refrigerator. Turns out he was from another company. In the meantime I got a call from Bill from All Boro to confirm my appt. I told him I had a technician here who was repairing the applicance. He proceeded to curse me out telling me how I f&%ed up his whole day. I told him I had cancelled the appt with his comapny and perhaps his company made the mistake. He continued to curse me out end then hung up on me. I'm very grateful that this technician nameds Bill (who I l later learned is the MANAGER) did not come in my home. I used Speedy Appliance Service and am very happy with the price, service and the GENTLEMAN technician that did my repair. BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!!
My refrigerator had freezer problem since the frequent power outage last month, I called All boro, they sent two technician over on time as scheduled, service is about 15 minutes work, for a replacement of computerboard, they charge me about 500 dollars, after I checked on GE website, the control board is about 170~180, replacing took about 15 minutes, what is appropriate charge?
After the snow disaster in OCT, we suffered a lot from damage and fix, this is another strike !
The kindest good hearted people i have ever done business with. they didnt try to sell me something i didnt need even after another company tried to charge me $300 more.
Amazing service!!! My fridge had broken over night and when I called them the next morning they were at my house by 3pm that day !!! Very knowledgable and courteous!! They explained everything and fixed my fridge within an hour!! Awesome experience with them.
Allboro has great service i was in desperate need of help about to lose all my food in my freezer they arrived within the time frame and did a fantastic job for a good price i would this company to every one!
I was having a problem with my refrigerator so I called up All boro to get a repair. I booked my appointment for the next day and they arrived right on time as scheduled. they had explained to me what was wrong with my refrigerator before I had the work done. I was very pleased with the work done, the workers were very professional and pleasant. I strongly recommend this company for anyone who needs work done on there refrigerator!!!
