The young man who towed my van fron the side of I264 was so polite, kind and well mannered, he made sure of what he was doing and why he had to do what he was doing. He then later asked if i would have liked a pop from the local 7/11. He also made sure a was doing well, and asked how my week was going, i will surely call then directly if i ever need them again. All in all he took great care of me and my vehicle so thankfull for all around towing sservices.

Excellent service and response. I was in an accident and ALL Around was the respondent who towed my truck to their storage. The company could not have been nicer or easier to deal with. I wish all Tow Services were this way

Poor customer service..waited 3 hours to get my car towed..and very unorganized company...

A rollback from All Around was sent to me by AAA when my car died in a parking lot. The driver, while calling me "Ma'am" every other word, had nothing but contempt for me and my car. He was going to tow it with the ignition on and a relay clicking away, he refused to jump it enough to roll up the driver's window, and he dumped an entire bottle of windex in my trunk while rummaging around for the towing eye without moving the compartment for upright liquids. He was a bull in a china shop and didn't care about my car....he was just intent on moving metal and going to the next mark. Further, he refused to give me a ride FOUR blocks to an intersection close to my home. It is a four-lane 30 mph road and it would have been absolute no problem for him to do so. I am 66 yrs old with a bad knee and this driver left me to walk home. It was too far for me to walk but not far enough to call a cab.
