Once again great job ! Now it was my two year old washer. They fixed it in a half hour. This company comes when it says it will be there. Fixes it quickly and reasonably priced. Used them for years. Never disappointed me. I will only call them because my time is valuable and they treat it that way...Thanks for a job well done. AGAIN

I purchased a summit oven and stove top from here about 2 years ago. My oven broke yesterday and I called the 888 number on the web site and left a message. Well surprise the next day no one called me back so I called again and a woman answered with an attitude. I asked her why I didn't get a call back and had no answer. I told them I would like them to fix the oven that I purchased in there store. Well she informed me in a rude way that they don"t fix that oven cause the parts were too hard too get. I was never informed by All American Appliance when I was spending money to buy those appliances that they would not fix them. So after that I called pseg and a1 appliance and they both had the parts and were willing to fix it, I think the woman who answered the phone is going to lose a lot of business for this company if she talks to people that way .

Little things mean a lot. Our 7 year old Kenmore Elite clothes dryer stopped working yesterday. I did some internet research and concluded it was a blown thermal fuse. Sears was impossible to communicate with, online or on the phone. I called All American and spoke with Andrew. He helped me figure out the fuse I needed and committed to having it by today. I called to check today and found the supplier hadn't delivered. So Andrew grabbed the part from one of their service techs who happened to be in the store. He also gave me the "head's up" that a bad thermistor usually contributes to a blown thermal fuse. He sold me both at very good prices and gave me a little "how-to" direction for replacing them. I couldn't have been better taken care of if my family owned this store. The next time I have anything appliance-related at all that I need, from repairs to purchasing new machines, All American will be my first stop!

I recently needed to have my double oven replaced. Having had an excellent experience with All American for service over the years, they were who I called. The removal and replacement of the oven proved to be quite complicated, yet when all was said and done, the new appliance fit better than the original. Shortly after installation, I ran into a problem of my own doing. Coincidentallly, on their followup call to check on my satisfaction (who does that?)I told them about my problem. All American could have easily referred me to the manufacturer. Instead they took complete responsibility, and resolved my problem above and beyond what I had hoped for. At every level, my dealing with All American was nothing but the best.

Recently All American Appliance installed a compact wall mounted Fujitsu Air Conditioner system in our home. The work involved the removal of my current wall air conditioners, the installation of the new system, as well as the repair of the inside and outside walls of our home. Their work was exceptional. We have also used All American for the purchase and repair of various appliiances and would highly recommend them. They represent the local business which truely takes care of its customers.

What we got was genuine professionalism and attention! They recommended a counter depth fridge and matched our open space with a custom made cabinet. It looks wonderful! They removed our old one...a big job...carefully and neatly. We love the smooth look and line and our kitchen never looked brighter! They called and emailed the next day to see if everything was working and done to our satisfaction. We plan on using All American Appliance for any other appliance needs in the future!
