I’ve had trouble with other companies before always sending a salesman over trying to make me buy things for excessive amounts and taking advantage of my ignorance and when I decided to call up this company I didn’t feel like that at all! They surprised me on how one on one they were so if I ever have any trouble or questions they are more than helpful :)

Alamo was called to our residence following an AC outage we had over the weekend. They did their assessment and stated that the entire unit would need to be replaced as the life expectancy is usually 10-12 years. We had another company (Britton) come out for a second opinion. The second company found a faulty fan motor that needed to be replaced. After fixing the motor, they were able to do a complete test of the unit and found it to be in good shape and able to last for at least the next few years. In my opinion Alamo Xtreme in unethical and is short-sighted, much the same as John Wayne HVAC. Proceed with caution...

Jose, the owner, came to my house w/i the hour after calling Alamo Xtreme. He explained exactly what the problem was w/ my a/c & what exactly needed to be done to correct the problem in terms that I understood. Wow! As far as price...he didn't give away his services (who wants a "cheap" job for a cheap price??!) but it was less expensive than the others that I called. I'd called over 15 other companies. I will definiately call Alamo Xtreme again and tell all my friends/family to call Alamo Xtreme for ANY a/c & heating issues!!!!
