This is the worst service ever!!! I had a pick up time for 12:00pm and they were 20 minutes late, it was raining and the driver didn't get out of the vehicle to help me with my bags. They were paid in advance, a generous tip included. They never called back to confirm...ANYTHING!!! I called to confirm and they said they were never paid...SO...I ended up paying twice, still waiting for a refund!
