We had several issues with our older model air conditioning system that Robert was able to come out and repair for us soon after we contacted the company online. He came to the house and fixed everything that was wrong with our upstairs and downstairs units on Monday, May 20th. We are so glad that we have finally found a trustworthy, highly competent, and experienced air conditioning professional here! We will never call anyone else! Robert came out the day after I called. He immediately identified the problem (thermocouple was bad) and was finished with the replacement in less than 45 minutes. His fee ($130) seemed very reasonable. I will definitely call him again if I have anymore issues with my heater/air.

I called about noon to ask for an estimate and by 5:15 Robert met me at the location and gave me a detailed proposal for replacing a unit that had been stolen. I have had Robert out to my house on several occasions. He put in a complete air conditioning unit approximately four years ago. We have had no problems with the unit at all, just with ants! Robert showed us how to handle the insect problem ourselves, in case they return. I've also had him work on the air conditioner at my rental property. Naturally, these problems almost always happen late in the day or on weekends. Robert has always arrived within just a couple of hours of my call. He is prompt, honest and does excellent work. I've recommended him to my next door neighbor and she is thoroughly pleased with him as well.

I've had Robert out to my house twice. Once was in 2010 when I had a capacitor go out and he came out and installed a temporary replacement until he could come back with the right part. When it was an oven in my house he really helped me out even though it was on a weekend. Then again yesterday he came out (again on a weekend) to find and fix problems with my AC unit. He replaced that capacitor he had replaced before (at no charge) because it had failed again and replaced the fan motor as well. He did not charge extra for it being on a weekend and he looked around and gave good advice on replacing my external fuse (he said I could better quality replacements at Home Depot for $7, and I did), and on sealing extra space around a hose going into my house to prevent varmint entry (which I will be doing shortly). On the second trip out, if there hadn't been anything wrong with the fan, he was prepared to charge nothing for the trip since it was a part he had already replaced!

My AC compressor decided to go out on a late Sunday afternoon. I called Air Care and Robert was out to my house within the hour. My compressor fan motor went out. Robert did not have the same speed motor in his truck but he had one in his shop. He went to and from his shop in no time with the fan blade already mounted on the new motor. Installation only took a few minutes and my AC was up and running again. I am so grateful for Air Care's service especially on a blistering high of 99 day. Air Care was professional, prompt, and most importantly available when most everyone else was closed.

I called aircare because my Air Conditioner went out on one of our first 100 degree days of the year. I spoke to Robert and he agreed to come out and take a look. When he arrived it was determine I had a faulty capacitor and he had the part in his truck. My Air Conditioner was up and running again.
