Kern County Aging and Adult Services, located in Bakersfield, Calif., offers a wide range of programs and services to seniors and persons with disabilities. Its Senior Information and Referral Program provides services, such as meals-on-wheels, home health services, transportation and legal services, case management, and income tax preparation.
