Mr. Rodriguez and his guys genuinely care about their customers. Last summer our a/c stopped working. This was a huge concern for me, not only because it was 100 degrees outside but because I have a special needs dog that cannot, by any means, be left in extreme temperatures. To top things off, it was in the middle of the night. I called Aggieland Climate Control almost in tears. Mr. Rodriguez had a guy on site first thing in the VERY early morning. When the tech arrived he discovered that a part needed to be replaced and did not have it available. However, Mr. Rodriguez went out of his way to find the part for us. My a/c was up and running again by lunch. Not only was the service exceptional but the price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend them. In fact, we just bought a new home and we are going to have Aggieland Climate Control replace the entire a/c system.

I have been trying to get a quote for a new unit for about one week and can't get anyone to send me the quote or call me back. If they don't want my business that is fine just tell me. Which is a loss to them because I have several rentals in the area and I am looking for a consistent service company.

It's hard to find service companies that I trust. Their technician Clay came out on time (a first for me and service companies) for FREE (another first), showed me the bad part and explained how it was supposed to work and told me what it cost to replace it and then he pointed out some preventative maintenance items that should be done. I had him replace the bad part and will have them back in the spring to do prevenatative maintenance on the unit. Clay was on time, explained what was needed to get the system working and also how to make it operate better and cheaper. He fixed it for less than the competition charged just to come and check it out. I found a company I feel I can trust and strongly recommend them. Good job and thanks,Heather R.

Had another company out. They charged me $150 to tell me I needed a new $3,500 outside unit. I found a coupon from Aggieland Climate Control in the phonebook for a free service call and diagnostic so I called them. They said my coil outside were dirty and that I needed a new capaciter. They fixed my ac for $135 and we've had no more problems.
