The first agency established by Registered Nurses in Fort Worth, Texas Agape Home Care serves the personal care needs of the older adult and people with disabilities. Carefully selected personal care assistants provide hands on care, meal preparation, assistance with medication, transportation, light housekeeping and companionship. Agape Home Care also provides respite care, medication set-up by our licensed nurses, who also professionally supervise personal care given. Agape Home Care serves people in homes, retirement and assisted living centers, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities...wherever their environment of choice. Geriatric Care Management, a specialized service for those persons with more complex medical or family circumstances is provided as requested. This service may also resemble a professional "surrogate daughter" and includes assessment, care planning, recommendations, and ongoing monitoring and interventions for the client. Agape Home Care's owners are members of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and certified nationally as Geriatric Care Managers..
