General Info
Basic Cleaning Is- Done Each Cleaning 1. Sweeping 2. Mopping 3. Dusting 4. Vacuuming/ and pull furniture 5. Cleaning the kitchen: inside and outside all appliances, but not inside fridge unless customer requests it. (Do clean the grill on the bottom) Cleaning counter tops and scrubbing grout. Scrub sink/ drain area/ faucets and dry when finished. Clean stovetop/ drip pans and check inside oven and clean, use a grout brush to get in corners. Clean microwave inside and outside. Wipe outside cabinets, that means check them. Use grout brush in corners if needed ** Always check their microwave grill and fridge grill ** And wipe top of refrigerator 6. Cleaning bathrooms: Scrub inside shower with scrub brush, especially the grout, outside shower door clean with glass cleaner, tub, sinks/ and drain area, wipe counter and scrub grout on counters, inside/ outside toilet and where the screws are to keep it together, (use a toothbrush/ or grout brush) mirrors, wipe chrome or brass fixture, like towel rack/ toilet paper holder, and wash walls behind and beside toilets. Dry shower stalls/ tubs and use glass cleaner on all glass doors, both sides. Check bathroom light bulbs/ mounted lights/ check ceiling vents/ and all A/C vents. 7. All bedrooms/ or other rooms (living rooms, dens etc): dust everything, lift stuff up (don’t drag across, it will scratch) dust underneath and whatever you lift up, dust it too and put back. Dust front to back, top to bottom. Lift VCR/ DVD’s whatever they have. Dust fireplaces and clean outside glass. Any rod iron in house needs to be dusted. All ledges need cleaned. 8. Check light switches/ outlet covers for finger prints and dust. All hanging pictures need to clean cleaned and tops of them. Everything must go back where it was in the entire house, rugs, chairs, etc. Deep Cleaning Is- On Rotating Bases 1. Baseboards- SCRUB with brush 2. Wipe down doors on both sides, scrub corner of doors with grout brush 3. Door frames both sides/ get dust off tops 4. Wipe walls where needed, like scuff marks/ dirt 5. Remove cobwebs/ check inside window areas 6. Take down mounted light fixtures wash and dry 7. Wipe all hanging picture, do not spray directly on them, spay on cloth an wipe 8. Wipe blinds / shutters/ some blinds will need taken down and scrub 9. Vacuum window tracks out using a paint brush/ screwdriver, and wipe sills when finished 10. Wipe ceiling Fans blades and take light globes down and wash and put back secured 11. Vacuum inside cabinets and drawers, then wipe them out / if empty/ oil if empty/ ask customer 12. Only clean inside refrig if customer allows, but always wipe outside and on top of refrig 13. Windows inside/ and outside if requested by customer, and outside get squeegee 14. Clean outlet covers and plug ins 15. Fireplaces… and glass 16. Clean all ledges above cabinets and or close to ceiling.
