The hot water in my shower was taking a long time to warm up and when it finally did I would run out of hot water very quickly. A plumbing technician came out, diagnosed the problem and installed a brand new water heater. Wonderful and quick service.

There was a foul odor coming from the kitchen and it was getting worse by the day. The service guy traced the smell to under the sink in the kitchen and when he knocked out the wall to see what was going on, a lot of water came gushing out because of a big buildup of water due to a broken pipe. The water created a huge amount of black mold, which was the cause of the foul odor. The service tech fixed the pipe right away and was very helpful in putting me in touch with a company that could help to treat and remove the mold.

Didn't know how to fix my clogged toilet. Called Acer plumbing at 9:00 am and they sent out a plumber by 10:00 am. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them.

The water pressure issue at our house was giving us a real headache. The showers downstairs were producing a normal amount of pressure, whereas the bathrooms upstairs had hardly any water pressure at all. The owner, David, responded to our call right away and installed a booster to increase the water pressure upstairs, which finally solved the problem.
