I had liquid bubbling up in my yard above the splash box and D box from my septic system. The first company to come out dug up the splash box, which was full of water. They decided roots had compromised the box. They estimated $4,500 to replace both boxes and some connective piping. The second company to come out didn't even dig to look, they just listened to what the first guy found. They offered to replace the components for $2,500. Then Tim with Ace Sceptic came out. I told him what the other guy found in the splash box. Tim asked if he looked in the D box and I told him no. Tim said he wanted to see what was going on in the D box, so he dug it up. It was full of water and all 5 outflow lines to the drain field were blocked. He unblocked them and everything seems to be operating properly now. Do you want a plumber who is going to replace all your pipes or find the clog in your drain and pull it out? Thanks to Tim and Ace Sceptic for properly diagnosing my problem and saving me thousands of dollars!

The price was good but he broke my septic tank door slamming a heavy digging bar in the ground instead of just using a shouvel. I showed him where the door was and that it only had about two inches of dirt over it. When putting the door back in had to put a piece of plastic gutter gaurd over hole left where he broke off conner and another chlp on side. Now I got to go back and repair it now that I worry about it leaking or mouse getting in. Maybe y'all got an extra door cap laying around. I'll even come pick it up and put it in. Truck got bad oil leak and left tracks in yard. If family business use a family member that cares.
Oct. 24, 2012 I don't know what the problem was at the anonymous address on July 25,2012, but I just had these guys take care of my County Mandated Septic Tank Cleaning and was totally satisfied with their service. They were polite, respectfull, made suggestions and very efficient. Highly recommended to all. They notify the County of their service and give senior citizen discounts. Quality service at a reasonable price !

My family is appalled by the service by Ace Septic Service. Horrible customer service and no consideration for the well being of the customer and its property. First they had no reason to come to park their big truck in our back yard (because the last time another septic company came many years ago they told us they would never drive their truck into the yard). Second they did not introduce themselves. Third they broke the lid on our septic tank and blaming "old age" for the cause when my entire family saw that one of the two digging literally banged and broke the corners of the lid instead of just digging around it! We asked why was that broken and they lied to us. They became irate at us as well! Then when all things were said and done, they left without giving us a single receipt! Then my mother realizing this ran to truck AND THE GUY DIDN'T EVEN STOP THE TRUCK AND KEPT DRIVING WITH MY MOM IN FRONT. No good service. Liars. No receipt. Nearly ran over a family member.
