I spoke with accent service guy on phone pleased it wasn't just an operator ! I described issue w a kitchen appliance. He methodically surmised the problem. Upon arrival with may I add a typical than usual fee by far, he was correct in his phone assessment. Problem was rectified on the spot. Same day! I was just mentioning a different issue in the house. He said this was not his normal Rhelm of work but fit free he'd have a look. And fixed that also same day! I won't call anyone else & have recommended accent appliance to all I know. Unusual to find someone do honest & reasonable these days.

Having an appliance break down is always stressful, but working with Accent Appliance was a delight. I called Mike and he was over in less than 20 minutes. He really knows his stuff and was able to quickly analyze the problem and fix it. Plus he didn't try and sell me any expensive new parts and was very reasonable. I highly recommend him to anyone in this area. It sure beats buying new.

He is honest and nice. I hired him to give me an estimate for my broken washer. Looks like the washer cannot be fixed as it has some transmission problems. He didn't charge me anything. Some guys take the estimation fee, even if they couldn't fix the problem.I will call Mike again for all appliance related.Thanks.Kanugula

We have used Accent Appliance on several occasions and have been 100% satisfied every time! Mike is easy to contact, friendly and flexible with service call hours so you don't have to wait around all day. After verbally describing the problem over the phone, Mike always has a good idea of what the problem is so when he comes he frequently has the proper parts to complete the repair. He was able to obtain a part to fix our 12 year old built in microwave oven for us which saved us a lot of money and now it works perfectly! Also, while fixing our sub zero refrigerator he noticed the fan was about to go which, if not replaced, would have been the end of the entire unit and was nice enough to replace it at no cost. We highly recommend Accent Appliance!
