      I am very disappointed that out of all the Flower shops in New York city, I chose one that delivered below average service! As I am out of town, I ordered a basket of fruit for my mother for Mother's Day (5/10/2009). What she received was a set of tiny faded flowers that needed watering badly and no fruit. I immediately called and told them of this. They then sent out the supposedly correct order. This time the Peach was rotten! I don't think my mother wanted to tell me anything more about it as she knew how upset I was to begin with! I deserve a refund of my $75.00 as I did not get the product or the service that I believe I deserved from Academy Floral!
